Listed below are the different types of service contract available for the AD2000 range and the SBI Soft Bag Injectors.

TYPE A. Fully Comprehensive Cover

A full preventive maintenance service and cover for any reasonable number of emergency service calls due to breakdowns on the equipment.
(This option is not available on equipment not previously on Type A cover)

TYPE B. Service and Breakdown Cover

As above, except that all replacement parts are charged extra at the current selling price.

TYPE C. Service Only

Preventative maintenance only. All breakdowns and replacement parts are charged at the current hourly rate and selling price.

Call out Charges.

For contract customers there is no Call out Charge. Non-Contract customers will have a Call out charge plus parts, labour, and travel.

Modifications

Modifications which have anything to do with safety will be carried out free of charge.

Modifications that do not effect safety will be free of charge to customers on Type A fully comprehensive contract. Others will be charged at the current rates and prices.
